This year, there will be "DaS Garnelenchampionat" shrimp championship during the "Fisch&Reptil" fair in Sindelfingen, Germany. We and our partners are proud to present the variety of dwarf shrimp during this fair, on the 30.November - 02. Dezember 2018. With this shrimp championship we'd like to give shrimp breeders a boost and, at the same time, we want to present our fascinating hobby to a broader audience.

 

Sindelfingen will be in the focus of the aquarium and terrarium scenes: On a total of 6,000 square meters, manufacturers and dealers from all over Europe will present their impressive range of fish, snakes, lizards, freshwater and marine tanks and all the equipment you’ll need to keep these fascinating, mystical animals in your home during the pet animal fair in Sindelfingen. . 

At the same time, you will not only be able to enjoy the exhibition, but the „Fisch & Reptil“ trade fair also offers informative symposia and workshops with renowned experts who will lecture on freshwater and marine aquatics and on terrarium-related subjects, too. In addition, numerous clubs invite you to exchange knowledge and experience and present their impressive show tanks.

  

At the championship different dwarf shrimp species and varieties from private breeders are shown in 15 groups and will be judged according to group-specific criteria. On Sunday, the winners of this shrimp championship are publicly awarded on stage.

 

Moreover, at the Weekend, some show shrimp are auctioned off. Some breeders who participate in the championship do not want their shrimp back - a great way to get beautiful shrimp that may even have won a prize.
